The sky opens a view into the void and challenges our perceptional borders. Where does the boundless end and where does it begin? Where do we perceive nothing or something in our gaze?

Starting point of this series is a steady observation of the sky from the same line of sight. Colour and light, air and matter constantly vary over time, illustrating the eternity of constant change.

This work focuses on the examination of mental and visible boundaries, attempting to conserve the moment of endlessness. A space that is not conveyed through the ordering form of mathematical laws, but through color, haze and soulful harmony. A world of perception that allows nature to discover an internal sound structure and enhances the sensitivity towards our surroundings.

Based on these observations, a series of knitted atmospheric paintings evolved.
